Since I can remember, my mom has always made goody bags for friends and family. They generally consisted of breads, cookies and fun little treats. Last year I decided to join her and make some of my own to hand out to my friend. I'm guessing this will be a annual tradition because I ended up doing it again.
This year I decided to document it to share on the blog.
Remember this guy? Not so little anymore, though he's still cute.
Duke doing tricks for me. Also, he is wearing a Boise State University collar.
I've always wanted to photograph a shot like this. If Pioneer Woman can do it, I can too!.
My mamma. To be fair, she was doing this more than I was. ;)
and after! Yummy butterscotch suckers. I've decided that Tamara Kenyon Photography will now be sending some of these out with all orders. A new 2010 thing.
Okay so I needed to take a rest from cooking and ventured into the living room. This is an ornament I made for my mom in kindergarten. I colored it (and obviously did my own hair) myself.
Not as cool as I wanted it to be, but you can still kinda see me in there.
Kinda funny but he was just sitting there.
In between and proof that I did do some of it.
And after! We topped it with chopped almonds. It's a yummy buttered toffee.
We baked for most of the afternoon and it looks like we weren't the only ones tired.
