These girls were destined to be stars. When their mom contacted me about getting some fun headshots to send to a talent agency, I knew we would have fun. So much personality!!
After leaving Boise for this wedding I was so excited for a nice coastal wedding - weather and all. Turns out I brought the hot weather with me. San Luis Obispo experienced their hottest temps this week so this wedding was right up my alley! All jokes aside, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding. The location was so perfect and quiet and the guests and family were amazing. They all made me feel right at home. Not to mention the country vibe was one I grew up with.
So many amazing details but I tried to narrow it down to my favorites.
Around this time of year, usually when I'm looking out the window at the rain, I decide I need to kick off spring with a giveaway. I am doing another photo contest but with a twist.
Since I discovered Instagram (a cell phone taking and editing software) I've been obsessed. Taking cell phone photos has never been this fun. Here are a few recent ones.
Okay... okay... I'll get to the contest!
This contest is going to be a photo contest. However, all photos submitted MUST be taken with a cell phone. No pro photos, no point and shoot photos.

So these guys have already been married for over a month but I was going back and looking at some of the sessions I hadn't really blogged and thought I'd catch up. We took these photos in the spring when the weather was not very good, we totally lucked out and had a perfect day. All other days of the week were stormy and cold, but this day was awesome! Here are some of my favorites.
Remember this little punkin?
She's already 6 months old!!
Most of you saw the final product of our photo contest entry. What you didn't see was all the hilarious photos before that one. I'm always a fan of showing blooper shots because I love to laugh. And we were laughing SO hard while doing these. I knew Kelsey wouldn't care if I shared, so here are some of the funny shots we had while attempting to find the perfect contest entry photo.
And all of those for this winning image:
I felt like November 2010 had the most beautiful weather we could have asked for. Overcast skies and perfect temperatures. Fall felt like it was never going to end - and I really didn't want it to. I photographed this family during the week and we had a total blast. Not to mention the sweet little newborn who decided she wanted to sleep through most of the session :)
Such a good big brother!
I couldn't help but post my two favorite superbowl commercials.
